Mott St is growing and we are looking for weekday prep cooks to join our team for our busy patio season!

Join us at Mott St to build Chicago-based Asian American cuisine. We are a family-style restaurant, both in staff and in service. We feature abundant meals where guests roll up their sleeves to feast on an array of dishes. 
Our cooks can expect to gain broad educational experience under the tutelage of James Beard Award nominated best chef Great Lakes Edward Kim. Mott St is deeply honored to be a receiver of 13 Michelin Bib Gourmands, and nominated by Bon Appetit Magazine as a runner up for top 10 Best New Restaurants in America 2014.
The position part time, averaging around 24 hours a week.
Typical shifts are Mondays through Fridays, 10/11AM to 4/5PM.
Compensation is $18-22/hour depending on experience.
