• Ensure that the premium service area is properly set up, stocked and ready for the upcoming event prior to the event day
• Verify all signage (i.e. labels and menus) are correct and displayed at the right location prior to and during the event
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage items, stations, and dietary restrictions in assigned area for the event
