Preauthorisation Case Manager
Working Model: Remote
Salary: Β£24,800 β Β£26,715 + benefits
Working Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role
As a Preauthorisation Case Manager, youβll play a vital frontline role supporting our global members by managing requests for medical treatment preauthorisation and benefit reservations.
Working closely with our Medical and Claims teams, youβll handle a variety of queries from members, healthcare providers, and partners via phone, email, digital channels, and our online portal.
