+ Technical Expertise: Strong background in Unified communication and Contact center of Avaya / Genesys / Cisco - On prem and cloud based Solution – CcaaS , UCaaS, SaaS models . Good understanding of SIP / H/323/ISDN and other signaling protocol use for communication. Good understanding on IT / Networking LAN /WAN infrastructure.

+ Certification : Pre-Sales certification in Avaya / Genesys / Cisco UC/CC technology – On Prem and Cloud Solutions.

+ Communication Skills: Ability to translate customer requirement into clear business value.

+ Business Acumen: Understanding of industry trends and ability to map solutions to client goals.

+ Experience: Typically 4-6 years in presales, solutions engineering

+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication / Computer Science / Electronics Engineering
