Key Responsibilities

Pre‑Sales Leadership & Strategy

• Lead the pre‑sales team in developing end‑to‑end data center solutions , including design, costing, and value engineering.
• Define pre‑sales strategy, frameworks, and best practices to improve win rates and margin quality.
• Act as deputy to the Director in strategic pursuits and executive‑level client engagements.

Solution Design & Technical Governance

• Oversee conceptual and detailed solution design for:
  • Colocation and hyperscale data centers
  • Power, cooling, and MEP systems
  • Modular and prefabricated solutions
  • DCIM, BMS, EMS, and monitoring platforms
• Ensure solutions comply with industry standards (e.g. Uptime Institute, TIA‑942, ISO, ASHRAE ).
• Validate technical risks, assumptions, and design feasibility prior to bid submission.
