Job Description

Deine Aufgabe

- bestimmt ganz nach Deinem Geschmack:
  • Strategische Projekte: Mitwirkung bei strategischen Personalentwicklungsprojekten, wie bei der Entwicklung einer Leadership-Roadmap, der Etablierung neuer Mitarbeitendengespräche und weitere spannende Projekte.


  • Eventmanagement: Organisation und Koordination von internen Veranstaltungen und Workshops.


  • Kommunikation: Kommunikation mit Trainer:innen, Hotels und Agenturen für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung unserer Maßnahmen.


  • Support: Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben, wie Bestellanforderungen und Rechnungsprüfungen in SAP. 


  • Eigene Projekte: Betreuung und Umsetzung eigener Entwicklungsthemen.
