Operative PMO-Unterstützung

  • Projektcontrolling und -monitoring

  • Pflege von Status, Meilensteinen, Risiken und Maßnahmen

  • Erstellung von Reports sowie Dokumentationen

  • Termin- und Meetingkoordination

    • PMO-Weiterentwicklung

  • Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Optimierung des PMO

  • Entwicklung von Standards, Prozessen und Vorlagen

  • Unterstützung bei Governance und Best Practices

    • Kommunikation & Schulung

  • Erstellung von Präsentationen und Schulungsunterlagen

  • Unterstützung bei Workshops und interner Kommunikation

  • Dokumentation und Leitfäden

  • Eingeschriebener Bachelor-/Masterstudent (m/w/d) der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
