We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our established general practice team at Gore Health Centre. This is a 0.6 FTE (3 days per week) position, working in a well-supported, patient-focused environment.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality primary care, with a broad and varied scope typical of general practice nursing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Chronic disease management (e.g. gout, cardiovascular risk)
• Immunisations
• Cervical screening and women’s health
• Wound care
• Health promotion and patient education
• Care planning and recall systems
• Comprehensive care across the life cycle
