Job Description

What is the job role?

We are currently looking for a Practice Educator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Team Manager to coordinate and deliver a high quality service to the workforce and partner agencies.
  • Support social workers and students to achieve professional learning and development standards.
  • Deliver and contribute to training, CPD programmes, and workforce development initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support student placements and practice educators/assessors.
  • Support the Social Work Degree Apprenticeship (BA) 
  • Provide mentoring, supervision, and consultancy to staff and teams.
  • Promote inclusive, anti-discriminatory practice.
  • Undertake quality assurance and support continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with partner organisations, including HEIs and regulatory bodies.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities within the range of the salary grade....
