Job Description
The Help Desk Intern role is responsible for assisting local users with technical issues and support for desktop configurations, user administration, PC troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure that all technical aspects are functioning optimally.ResponsibilitiesAssist users with hardware and operating system issues.Provide first‐level/contact support for software products and services.Provide clear and detailed communication within the ticketing system and in the development of emails.Provide status updates to the Helpdesk Supervisor.Provide user administration solutions by assisting with password resets, locked accounts, and Multi‐Factor Authentication (MFA).
Performance, Metrics & ReportingProvide technical support via phone or email to corporate and remote users of computer applications and hardware.Manage technical help desk tickets received via phone, email, and walk‐ups.Investigate and resolve user issues.Provide hardware troubleshooting support for desktops, laptops, mo...
