**A Snapshot of Your Day**
Join us as an Internal Connection (Cleats & Leads) Design Engineer at our new Siemens Energy Power Transformers Factory in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing the design of Cleats & Leads (Internal connections) for power transformers, driving design innovations, and optimizing end products in line with Siemens Energyβs design rules, quality standards, cost objectives, and timelines. As the factory is being constructed, you will focus on developing processes, refining offerings, and collaborating closely with a high-performance team to ensure we are well-prepared to meet customer needs effectively when operations commence.

+ Perform mechanical design, development, and analysis of Cleats & Leads for Large Power/Auto/Generator transformers (up to 500MVA, 550kV) and their sub-assemblies and components.
