Job Description
We are looking for a talented Power Generation Field Service Technician to join our team specializing in Services, Maintenance and Diagnostics for our Service Operations Department in Accra, Ghana.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :
Deliver efficient, high-quality on-site repairs by accurately diagnosing and resolving less complex generator and component issues.
Enhance customer satisfaction by engaging professionally, responding promptly, and anticipating customer needs at every interaction.
Ensure effective problem-solving by using specialized tools and following documented procedures to identify faults and complete repairs correctly the first time.
Support operational reliability by performing preventative maintenance in line with scheduled standards, reducing downtime and equipment failure.
