Job Description
**Job Purpose and Impact**
The Poultry Nutritionist should have technical expertise and science-driven insights to design, evaluate, and optimize poultry feed formulations. In this role, you will support raw material selection, feed program design, and diet modifications to improve bird performance, health, feed efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. You will also provide analytical and advisory services to R&D, production, and commercial teams on key poultry nutritional considerations. You should be able to learn and adopt Cargillβs nutrition system and apply it in your feed formulations for precise nutrition.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Provide technical support and feed formulations to poultry producers and feed mills for precise nutrition, feeding programs (broilers, layers, breeders), and performance optimization.
+ Formulate and optimize poultry feed formulation based on raw material quality, nutrient specifications, cost targets, and production goals.
