The role involves on-the-job training and includes responsibilities such as changing anodes, preparing tapping holes, and ensuring safety standards. Ideal candidates will have a Secondary School Certificate, be physically fit, and possess good English communication skills. Experience in heavy industry is preferred. This is a critical role in contributing to the efficiency of the Potline operations.
