A postdoctoral fellow position is available in Dr. Laurence Court's lab in the Department of Radiation Physics. In this project, we will use implementation mapping to identify strategies to maximize the adoption, implementation, and maintenance of the Radiation Planning Assistant in low- and middle-income countries, specifically Zambia, Indonesia, and South Africa, with a focus on palliative uses of radiation therapy. Implementation strategies will be developed in collaboration with local clinical teams. This position will be involved in all aspects of the research, including data collection, application of implementation science techniques, and actual deployment.
