Position Summary/Description:
T32 Postdoctoral Fellow position. This is a one-year, time limited position with the possibility to extend to 2 years. This is a computational position that offers a collaborative opportunity between basic science (computational genome science) and clinic (allergy and immunology).
The successful applicant will be supported by the UNC T32 Allergy and Immunology Training Program with the goal of providing research training to individuals to broaden their scientific background and extend their potential for research in allergy and immunology. It is important to note that this position is contingent on T32 funding.
Education and Experience:
PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related discipline. Knowledge of Python or R is preferred. Ability to analyze multi-omic data, including microbiome data, would be an advantage. Ability to build algorithms and data pipelines would be ...
