**_Roles & Responsibilities:_**
You will participate in research centered around the modeling of hematopoietic diseases and in particular myeloid malignancies with human pluripotent stem cells (induced pluripotent stem cells and embryonic stem cells). Your responsibilities in this research are to perform experiments (including the generation, culture, hematopoietic differentiation and genetic modification of human pluripotent stem cells, molecular analyses, and xenograft experiments in mice), analyze and present data in lab meetings, institutional work-in-progress seminars and national and international conferences, and assist with preparation of manuscripts and grant applications.
You will also participate in research related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Specifically, you will participate in a study involving the generation of new models of COVID-19 using reprogramming technology to derive induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) from patients...
