Description of Duties:

This is a grant funded position. -The fellow will contribute to NIH and VA funded research projects including trans-ancestry genetic studies of major depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance use. -Methods applied may include genome-wide association studies, analysis of rare and copy number variants, polygenic risk scoring, models of comorbidity including casual modeling, and machine learning applications. -Training is tailored to the experience and needs of the fellow and has an empha...
