DTC Vikings, a rapidly growing Nordic-owned ecommerce group, is seeking a Retention Specialist to optimize the post-purchase experience for our brands. In this remote position, you'll analyze and enhance customer retention through upsells, subscriptions, and offers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in a similar role and a deep understanding of data analytics and Shopify. You'll take full ownership of retention strategies and drive results proactively.
