SUMMARY:

Responsible for organizing and delivering full service retail postal services (courier items, postal boxes, money transfers, call‑in parcels) to Shoppers Drug Mart customers, maximizing department revenue and customer satisfaction.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads by example and ensures that Post Office staff demonstrate our CORE Values
• Interviews and recommends final candidates for hiring
• Ensures Post Office cashiers complies with all Store Standards
• Trains employees in job functions and provides on‑going coaching and instructions
• Assists with completing performance reviews of Post Office cashier staff in conjunction with the FSM
