We are looking for a Post Closer to support mortgage post-closing operations for a Long-term Contract position based in Linthicum, Maryland. In this role, you will help maintain accurate loan documentation, organize incoming files, and keep post-closing records current and complete. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable handling repetitive administrative tasks, and able to learn new processes quickly in a fast-paced mortgage environment.


Responsibilities:

• Organize and prepare closed loan files by arranging documents in the proper order for review, storage, and follow-up processing.

• Scan, upload, and index mortgage documents to ensure electronic records are accurate, accessible, and complete.
