Job Description

Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) is a 300+ bed acute care facility located 20 minutes west of Hamilton in the Grand River Valley. BCHS serves the Brantford and Brant County communities with specialty services such as surgical, rehabilitation, internal medicine subspecialties, and palliative care. The Department of Stroke, Rehabilitation, Complex, and Palliative Care is seeking family physicians to provide post‑acute hospitalist care at the Brantford General Hospital and Willet Hospital in Paris. Physicians will deliver medical‑rule‑based (MRP) care for patients admitted to the Rehabilitation, Complex Care units, and Integrated Stroke Unit (ISU).
