The ideal person will:

• You have a full UK driving licence and hold avehicle
• Support people to manage and maintain their home and learn essential life skills.
• Support people with personal care where needed in line with their support plan
• Support people with their health needs as required – for example taking medication and attending health care appointments.
• Enjoy being around people with autism and be motivated by their achievements.
• understand Positive Behaviour Support principles and be able to support people in a person-centred way....
