The salary range for this position is CAD $55.25 - $79.42 / hour.

Job Summary

Portfolio Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, optimization, and sustainment of clinical information systems within a defined clinical or service area. The role provides leadership to the assigned team, ensures team objectives, milestones, and project plans are met, works closely with Fraser Health’s clinical networks and programs, and provides direct supervision to assigned staff. The Portfolio Manager is a member of the Clinical Informatics and Digital Health leadership team and supports the organization’s vision and best practices in technology adoption.

This full‑time position is located in the Central City office in Surrey, BC and may be eligible for remote or hybrid work.
