The Portfolio & Innovation Manager is the key strategic advisor of Portfolio strategy across brands and categories, identifying key growth and white space innovation opportunities. This role involves tracking and understanding global and local industry developments, competitor analytics & reporting, to transform the Heineken Beverages portfolio to meet ever-changing shifts in market or consumer demands and needs.

The Portfolio & Innovation Manager works closely with the Lead: Insights/Foresights and Portfolio Innovation, and Category Leads to unpack white space growth opportunities in the areas of Pack and liquid innovation, Pack Price Architecture (PPA) innovation and exploring new category or brand growth opportunities.
