+ Coordinate projects across business areas, ensuring alignment with PMO frameworks and standards

+ Track project progress from intake to delivery, identifying risks, delays, and gaps

+ Maintain a single source of truth for all project data and reporting


Own governance and structure


+ Ensure compliance with stage-gates, documentation, and delivery practices
