Purpose of the role Cover the private office portfolio (21 assets including real estate, PE co-investments, direct stakes, and personal assets) and the minority stakes portfolio (strategic minority positions with board representation). Maintain NAV tracking, performance measurement, and governance monitoring for all assets, and produce IC and Board reporting packages. Key responsibilities Maintain a consolidated NAV tracker for all assets, including current valuations, last update dates, staleness indicators, and confidence scores based on valuation methodology and recency. Track cash flows: rental income, capital calls and distributions from PE co-investments, dividends from direct holdings, maintenance and insurance costs. Compute IRR at the asset level and portfolio level using cash flow data, updated quarterly.
