As a Portfolio Analyst, you will support portfolio and asset management activities across forecasting, financial analysis, leasing and investment evaluation, and portfolio reporting. Working closely with the VP of Portfolio Management and Asset Managers, you will track asset performance, monitor inventory, support budgeting processes, and assist with strategic initiatives across the portfolio.
