**Porter ( Building )**
Performs a variety of cleaning and housekeeping duties for MSMC Residential Realty buildings and is responsible for the overall cleaning of apartments and commons areas.
**Qualifications**
**_Requirements:_**
+ Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED and a good command of the English language (i.e. read, write and understand instructions in English).
+ Some general work experience
Collective bargaining unit: SEIU 32BJ-Commercial-MSBI.SLW
SEIU 32 BJ Commercial Building Agreement MS Beth Israel, MS St. Luke's, MS West, AWS - 1090 Amsterdam Avenue - WST, Mount Sinai West

+ Assists Superintendent and Handyperson in repairs, as needed.
+ Assists above team as assigned (i.e. emergency work and/or special assignments designated to the Superintendent).
