Transloader Position

Railserve is hiring dependable, safety-focused Transloaders in Port Arthur, TX to support daily rail and material handling operations at an industrial facility. This is a full-time, outdoor, hands-on role critical to keeping railcars moving safely and efficiently.

In this role, you will support transloading operations and assist with the safe movement and placement of railcars. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided for individuals who are reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn. If you enjoy physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a safety-focused team, this role may be a great fit.

Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off, followed by 4 night shifts on and 4 night shifts off. 12-hour shifts (5:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM). Overtime may be required.

Compensation: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience).
