This role focuses on grinding and polishing metal components to a high-quality finish while supporting basic fabrication and other production activities. You will use hand grinders and various tools to smooth rough edges, cut metal to length, and assist across departments such as assembly, packaging, and paint. The position offers hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities to learn new skills and advance within the organization.

**Responsibilities**

+ Use a hand grinder to smooth rough edges on metal parts and polish them to a clean, consistent finish.
+ Start in the grinding area and progressively learn additional tasks as skills develop.
