PPI (an independent subsidiary of iA Financial) is an Insurance Marketing Organization that works with independent advisors and insurance companies.

Responsibilities

• Assume ownership of assigned files, recognizing urgencies and assisting with problem resolution to keep files moving quickly and understand downstream impact on reporting and commissions.
• Anticipate advisor needs and follow established processes for informing advisors of important details related to policy changes.
• Act as the key resource and contact for all insurance carriers with respect to in‑force policies.
• Relate information from insurance carriers to the servicing advisor.
• Ensure PPI service standards are maintained by processing changes to existing policies accurately, compliantly, and timely, submitting to the appropriate carrier and recording in WealthServ per PPI guidelines.
