Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Policy Advisors for a number of roles to support the development and delivery of complex policy and programme initiatives within a fast‑paced and high‑profile environment.

This role will contribute to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of policy frameworks, working closely with senior stakeholders, operational teams, legal advisers, external partners and delivery organisations. The successful candidate will help shape strategic approaches, provide evidence‑based recommendations, and support senior decision‑making across a range of policy and operational areas.

The role offers the opportunity to work on complex and nationally significant programmes, contributing to policy development, stakeholder engagement, governance, and programme delivery within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
