Summary You will serve as a POLICE OFFICER (INSTRUCTOR) in the Force Protection of NAS MERIDIAN SEC DET. Responsibilities You will develop law enforcement approaches and methods of instruction to verify the curriculum meets course objectives. You will serve as a firearms range control officer in the operation of a range program for a Practical Weapons Course (PWC) or Firearms Training System (FATS). You will propose career development plans (e.g., training requests, utilization proposals) to enhance career of law enforcement employees. You will coordinate with other federal law enforcement instructors to develop different approaches and methods of instruction. You will facilitate classroom studies for law enforcement personnel using instruction techniques or formats (e.g., role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, lectures).
