The Client seeks a qualified communications consultant or firm to provide strategic communications support for the implementation and launch of Client Launch , a new public-facing online system that will replace Client legacy platform. The Contractor will work collaboratively with Client leadership, project staff, and communications personnel to support public awareness, stakeholder engagement, and user readiness throughout the transition to the new system.
