Mō te tūnga | About the role
This role plays a key part in supporting effective project delivery by maintaining strong project controls, coordinating project information and reporting, and ensuring data is accurate, up to date, and aligned with enterprise standards to enable informed decision-making across capital projects.
You will also contribute to embedding enterprise P3M frameworks, standards, tools, and best practices, helping to drive consistent, high-quality project management and reporting across the portfolio
Key areas of responsibility include:
* Providing expert guidance on P3M frameworks, tools, templates, and documentation to support Project Managers.
* Promoting and enabling effective use of PMO tools, frameworks, and standardised wording across project delivery and reporting.
* Maintaining project controls and ensure all project information is complete, current, and aligned to enterprise requirements.
