Für unseren Kunden suchen wir aktuell eine/n PMO Consultant – Public Sector / IT-Projekte (m/w/d) - Düsseldorf.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Gesamtprojektleitung sowie der Teilprojektleitungen in organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
  • Zentrale Anlaufstelle für Projektteam und Stakeholder
  • Erstellung, formale Prüfung und Pflege von Projektdokumentationen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung zentraler Kommunikations- und Dokumentenablagen
  • Organisation, Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie Protokollierung von Workshops und Projektmeetings
  • Unterstützung des Projektleiters bei der Projektplanung, -steuerung und -kontrolle des Gesamtprojekts
