Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 support as a PMLD Teaching Assistant for pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
* Support pupils with PMLD during classroom learning, sensory activities, and daily routines
* Assist teachers in implementing EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
* Support pupils with mobility, communication, and personal care needs where required
* Help create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
Teaching Assistant - Requirements
* Experience working as a PMLD Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant, or supporting pupils with PMLD or complex needs
* Experience supporting pupils with EHCPs
* Patient, caring, and passionate about supporting children with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties
* Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive SEN team
