Job Mission

To ensure FA / NPI / R & D product transfer smoothly to mass production.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with MA group and customer about new program transfer.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to make sure new program is run smoothly.
• Prepare relevant quality report for management review.
• Respond to all matters that related to new program and engineering change of mass product.
• Assist in process/contamination continual improvement to meet customer needs and satisfaction.
• Perform other tasks as designated by superior.

• Ensure the new product is meeting to customer nominal specification and fitness for use.
