Job Description
Plant & Machinery Management
Plan and manage deployment of construction equipment and machinery as per project schedules.
Ensure availability and proper utilization of equipment such as cranes, hydras, excavators, loaders, forklifts, DG sets, and lifting tools.
Monitor machine productivity and utilization to minimize idle time.
Operation, Maintenance & Safety
Ensure safe operation of all plant and machinery in line with manufacturer guidelines and site safety norms.
Coordinate preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and servicing of equipment.
Ensure statutory certifications, fitness, and third-party inspections are valid and up to date.
Coordination & Site Support
Coordinate with construction, planning, and site execution teams to meet equipment requirements.
