Job Description
Responsibilities:
Minimum requirements:
- Assisting customers with plumbing and hardware products
- Providing product advice and recommendations
- Processing sales and quotations
- Maintaining stock levels and shelf displays
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Previous experience in hardware and plumbing
- Basic knowledge of plumbing materials and fittings
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work accurately with stock and pricing
- Computer literacy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work retail hours
