Description of duties of position

Will install and maintain various plumbing systems including, but not limited to, sanitary waste, storm drain, potable water, acid waste, and waste neutralization systems. Will service and maintain plant and instrument compressed air systems, low and medium pressure steam systems, and hot water heating systems. Will install and maintain the following piping system: steam/condensate, chilled water, process cooling, plant/instrument air, refrigerant, and process gas. Will provide 24-hour emergency response as necessary in support of mechanical systems. Will assist fellow trade and service workers as required.



Monday-Friday 3:00PM to 11:00pm.


Qualifications required of applicant


+ Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber’s license

+ 5 years experience in the plumbing field required.

+ The ability to read construction drawings and process and instrumentation drawings (P & ID’s) is required.
