**Job Description**

The Platform Innovation Engineer (Early Career) is a hands-on engineering role focused on building, experimenting, and learning through real implementation at the intersection of data, AI, and modern cloud platforms.

This role supports and extends the work of the AI Architect and senior platform engineers by helping turn new ideas, emerging tools, and innovative approaches into working, testable solutions. The emphasis is on building and experimentation?prototyping capabilities, validating approaches, and helping evolve early concepts into practical, repeatable platform features that can be trusted and scaled.

This position is designed for someone early in their career who is curious, motivated, and excited by the idea of shaping how a modern, AI-enabled data platform evolves, while learning how innovation is communicated, aligned, and delivered within clearly defined platform guardrails that protect data, users, and the organization.
