Bonrepublic is an HR SaaS platform that combines goals, recognition, development, and incentives to help companies motivate and retain their employees. We’re a 30-person team based in Vienna, part of the HR Works Group, and our platform is already used by companies across Europe.

We’re looking for an experienced backend engineer to help us reduce technical debt, boost performance, and evolve our architecture for the next stage of growth. You’ll work closely with a small, collaborative team where technical quality is valued as much as delivering features.
