Platform Infrastructure Engineer - Developer Experience (DevEx)

Our client is a leading prop trading firm seeking a DevEx Engineer to join a platform team at the core of how software is built and delivered. This is a DevEx Engineer role focused on creating a seamless developer experience across the entire lifecycle, from commit to production. You will build and refine internal platforms, Golden Paths and tooling that enable engineers to ship faster, safer and with less friction.

You will work closely with multiple engineering teams, treating developers as your customers. Your focus will be simplifying workflows, improving CI CD pipelines, streamlining Kubernetes deployments and embedding best practices at scale. This is a high impact role where you shape how engineering gets done, reduce cognitive load and drive adoption of modern approaches including AI assisted development.
