Overview

Experience 7+ years. Location: Halifax (Hybrid - 3 days office). Solid understanding of Platform engineering, Pods, Containers and experience in managing multi-cluster environments. Must have sound knowledge of Kubernetes internals, kubectl commands, image deployment, Zookeeper, PVs/PVCs, S3NASSAN stores, device mounts, SSL/TLS, Ingress, Load Balancer issues resolution, infrastructure automation deployment, Linux/Unix shell scripting, and GIT. Hands-on experience in writing, creating, and modifying helm charts, overlays and helm templates.

Responsibilities

• Dev nonprod infra support work with CTB team in rolling out more Kubernetes clusters.
• Optimize cluster performance and modify YAML files, configs, PVs/PVCs as needed.
• Automate cluster provisioning through GitOps.
• Read and understand YAML config files and Helm charts and carry out deployments in a multi-cluster environment.
