Willdan Lighting & Electric, a subsidiary of Willdan Group Inc., is seeking a Platform and Systems Lead. The Platform and Systems Lead is a cross-functional leadership role responsible for overseeing all digital infrastructure for the NYC Program. This includes leading the design, buildout, and integration of the Salesforce CRM, public-facing website, learning management system (LMS), and a comprehensive portal for building owners and contractors. The role bridges technology, operations, and user experience-ensuring that all platforms are aligned, intuitive, and scalable to support Local Law 97 compliance, equitable access, and market transformation.
