Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions on plastics processing techniques such as injection moulding, blow moulding, etc.

  • Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and practical sessions

  • Support trainees in understanding mould design, materials, and manufacturing processes

  • Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in plastics

  • Ensure effective classroom and practical lab management
