Engineering Manager – Injection Molding (Scientific Molding / NPI)

Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing and process engineering within a high-volume injection molding environment. This role is responsible for driving technical execution across process engineering, manufacturing engineering, automation support, and new product introduction (NPI).

The Engineering Manager will lead efforts to develop and sustain robust injection molding processes that deliver consistent quality, high efficiency, and scalable production performance. This role partners closely with Operations, Quality, Program Management, and Tooling teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing process optimization.
