£22ph – Van & Fuel Card – Reading/Oxford area – Temp to Perm

Responsibilities

• Carrying out day‑to‑day general maintenance in domestic properties
• Plastering, painting & decorating, tiling, and all wet‑trade duties – small day‑to‑day repairs
• Providing good customer service, meeting and greeting tenants
• Using a PDA

Qualifications

• Experience as a plasterer or multi‑trade operative, wet‑trade operative, tiler, painter, maintenance operative, multi‑skilled operative, handyman, UPVC specialist, plumber, or carpenter.
• Experience in social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, council properties or MOD (Ministry of Defence).
